Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme. Serratiopeptidase works by reducing inflammation associated with imflammatory conditions, and also reducing the pain experienced. Serratiopeptidase can also work as a natural antibiotic and be used to treat bacterial infections, particularly those linked to the respiratory system such as bronchitis.

Diclofenac is used in the treatment of fever, headache, post operative pain, pain during menstruation,arthralgia, myalgia, dental pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout.
How it Works
Diclofenac is known as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or NSAID. Diclofenac works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation and also redness and swelling.

Use
The Serratiopeptidase and Diclofenac Potassium tablet is mostly used to ease inflammation due to blood clots, cysts, or scar tissue. It is used for treating pain and inflammation. It may also be used to help treat certain chronic lung diseases as well as ear, nose, or throat disorders. It also helps prevent fluid retention and can be used to help treat edema. It is also used in the treatment of jaw pain, osteoarthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Dosage and administration
Usually, physicians recommended taking this medicine 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after having a meal. This medication should be taken 3 times a day or as directed by the doctor. You must take this medicine exactly as prescribed by the physician. If you miss a dose, do not take 2 doses at one time. Just skip the missed dose, take the next scheduled dose, and resume as usual. Your physician would advise you on the proper use of this medicine.
Warning
Before being prescribed this medication, inform the doctor of your complete medical history, whether you suffer or have suffered from any liver ailments, kidney disease, diabetes, etc. The doctor would then determine if this medication is right for you.
Do not consume alcohol or tobacco while on this medication as they may reduce its effectiveness.
Pregnant women and breast feeding mothers are to use this medication only if it has been prescribed by the doctor.
