Aminophylline is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (copd), asthma, emphysema or bronchitis.
How it Works
Aminophylline is known as a xanthine derivative. Aminophylline works by relaxing the smooth muscles surrounding the bronchial tubes or walls of the airways of the lungs, allowing the tubes to widen, making breathing easier.
