Betamethasone is used in the treatment of allergic disorders, severe allergic reactions, asthma, rheumatic disorder, skin disorders and nephrotic syndrome.
How it Works
Betamethasone is known as a corticosteroid. Betamethasone is an anti-inflammatory and immune system suppressor. Betamethasone prevents late phase allergic reactions by decreasing the chemicals responsible for the allergy.

Uses
Salicylic Acid is used in the treatment of dermatitis, psoriasis and keratoses (abnormal skin growth).
How it Works
Salicylic acid is known as a keratolytic which is a peeling agent. Salicylic acid allows shedding of the outer layer of skin by loosening and softening the dry, scaly skin. Salicylic Acid also works on reducing swelling and redness and thus causing pimples to shrink
