Diamicron XR Mex is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus which is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM).
How it Works
Diamicron XR Mex works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas. Insulin helps to control the levels of Glucose (Sugar) in your blood. Insufficient or inaffective insulin causes type 2 diabetes. Diamicron XR Mex works when diet and exercise alone fail to control abnormally high levels of blood sugar.Diamicron XR Mex is only effective when used to treat type-2 diabetes (non-insulin-dependent)
