Ranitidine is used in the treatment of acidity,intestinal ulcers, heartburn and stomach ulcers.
How it Works
Ranitidine works by stopping the cells in the lining of the stomach from producing too much acid, and this helps to prevent ulcers from forming, or assists the healing process where damage has already occurred. Ranitidine works by decreasing the amount of acid, and this can also help to reduce the symptoms of acid reflux disease, such as acidity, heartburn, intestinal ulcers and stomach ulcers.

Ondansetron
Uses
Ondansetron is used for the treatment and prevention of vomitting and nausea for patients undergoing cancer treatment such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
How it Works
Ondansetron is known as a 5-HT3 blocker.Ondansetron works by inhibiting the actions of serotonin in the body, serotonin is responsible for triggering vomiting and nausea. Ondansetron is usually prescribed for use in patients undergoing cancer treatment such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy, to prevent vomiting. Ondansetron is also used to prevent post surgery vomiting.
