How it Works
Empetus is an anti-HIV drug that is a protease inhibitor.Empetus works by disrupting the HIV protease enzyme, which then causes it to produce ineffective HIV-viral particles that are unable to further infect the body. Retonavir is usually used along with other medications to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.
