Uses
Estradiol is used for hormone replacement therapy (hrt), it is also used in the treatment of vasomotor menopausal symptoms,vulval and vaginal atrophy, post menopausal osteoporosis and used as a contraception.
How it Works
Estradiol is known as a form of estrogen, which is a female sex hormone produced by the Estradiol It acts by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the natural hormone is deficient.

Clomifene
Uses
Clomiphene is used to cause ovulation in women with certain medical conditions, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, that prevent naturally occurring ovulation.
How it Works
Clomiphene is known as a non-steroidal fertility medicine. Clomiphene causes the pituitary gland to release hormones needed to stimulate ovulation which is the release of an egg from the ovary.
