Hepbest is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b virus (hbv) infection and hiv infections.
How it Works
Hepbest is an antiretroviral medicine known as nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). Hepbest slows the progress of HIV infection, but it is not a cure. Hepbest is used with other medicines in a combination therapy. Hepbest works by by stopping the virus HIV from copying (replicating) itself. Hepbest works by stopping the hepatitis B virus from multiplying further, this reduces the amount of the virus in your body.
