Odoxil is used in the treatment of bacterial infections such as such as urinary tract infections, skin infections, and chest or throat infections.
How it Works
Odoxil is known as a broad-spectrum antibiotic. Odoxil is in a group of drugs called cephalosporin antibiotics. Odoxil kills the bacterial infection by attacking the bacteria cell wall. Odoxil prevents the synthesis of a substance in the bacterial cell wall called peptidoglycan, which provides the cell wall with the strength required for survival of bacteria in human body.
