Ponatinib
Uses
Ponaxen is a targeted chemotherapy drug which is used for the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
How it Works
Ponaxen is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, Ponaxen works to block tyrosine kinases on the surface and within cancer cells, these targets are involved in angiogenesis and by blocking these targets the cancer will shrink.

Expert advice
Seek emergency care if you are experiencing, chest pains, weakness on one side of the body, shortness of breath, leg pains or leg swellings. If you are experiencing a fever of 38 degrees or higher please seek medical attention immediately.
Important Precautions
You must inform you doctor if you are taking any other medications or products containing aspirin. You must avoid taking any kind of immunization or vaccination without the doctors approval

Ponaxen should be kept in a cold and dry place
