Domperidone is used in the treatment of Nausea and vomiting.
How it Works
Domperidone helps to stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that can increase the motility of the intestine. Domperidone then allows the food in the stomach to go/move through the digestive system more quickly. This helps to stop feeling sick and vomitting symptoms.

Simethicone is used in the treatment and prevention of bloating and abdominal pain.
How it Works
Simethicone works by bringing the gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines to come together more easily, which allows for easier passage of gas. Simethicone also helps to disintegrates the gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
