How it Works
Ampicillin is known as an antibiotic. Ampicillin prevents the synthesis of a substance in the bacterial cell wall called peptidoglycan, which provides the cell wall with the strength required for survival of bacteria in human body. thus without this substance the bacterial cell is not able to survive killing the cell and the infection stops from spreading.

How it Works
Sulbactam works by blocking the action of the enzymes produced by bacteria to inactivate the antibiotics. Thus this allows the antibiotics taken to do their job and kill the bacteria thus stopping the infection
