Uses
Tensorin is used for the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus.
How it Works
Tensorin is known as a Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, it helps increase the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, which in turn lowers the blood glucose levels. Tensorin has down positive results in glycemic control with minimal risk of side effects such as hypoglycemia and weight gain.
Common Side effects
Patients who take Tensorin may suffer from such side effects;
Headache,
Hypoglycaemia(minimal),
Upper respiratory tract infection,
Nasopharyngitis,
Constipation
