Tykerb is used in the treatment of certain type of hormone-related breast cancers.
How it Works
A patient who is suffering with cancer with go through a change in DNA which will then trigger a signal which produces abnormal cancer cells. Tykerb works by blocking this signal, and then it stops the production of these cancer cells.
