Ipratropium is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (copd), bronchitis, Ipratropium is used to prevent bronchospasm and used in the treatment for asthma.
How it Works
Ipratropium is known as a bronchodilator. Ipratropium works by relaxing muscles in the airways, opening up the air passages and increases air flow to the lungs.
