Uses
Rosuvastatin is used in the treatment of increased triglycerides levels in blood and increased cholesterol levels in blood.
How it Works
Rosuvastatin is known as a statin or HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Rosuvastatin regulates the amount of cholesterol and other lipids made by the body. Rosuvastatin works by blocking the action of a the enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase which the body needs to make cholesterol. This lowers the level of cholesterol and directly lowers the risk of heart and blood vessel disease.

Musculoskeletal pain,
Dyspepsia,
Nasopharyngitis,
Increased liver enzymes,
Increased creatine phosphokinase (CPK) level in blood,

Clopidogrel
Uses
Clopidogrel is used to prevent blood clots after a recent heart attack or stroke, and in unstable angina.
How it Works
Clopidogrel works by preventing platelets in the blood from sticking together and forming a blood clot therefore this helps in prevention of heart attacks and unstable angina.
