Metformin helps in allowing the body to make full use of the reduced amount of Insulin that occurs in type 2 diabetes patients. Insulin occurs naturally in the body's pancreas which helps to control the level of glucose(Sugars) in your blood, insufficient or inaffective insulin results in the condition called diabetes mellitus. Metformin helps in treatment of the type 2 diabetes.

Teneligliptin
Uses
Teneligliptin is used for the treatment of type-2 diabetes mellitus.
How it Works
Teneligliptin is known as a Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, it helps increase the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, which in turn lowers the blood glucose levels. Teneligliptin has down positive results in glycemic control with minimal risk of side effects such as hypoglycemia and weight gain.
