Ambrisentan
Uses
Ambrican is used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
How it Works
Ambrican works by relaxing the muscle cells in the walls of the blood vessels to the lungs, allowing them to become wider and more dilated. This then reduces the pressure in these blood vessels and allows blood to flow more easily through them. Ambrican increases the supply of blood to lungs and improves ability to do physical activities.
