Carbamazepine is used in the treatment of epilepsy which causes seizures, trigeminal neuralgia, diabetic neuropathy. and mania.Carbamazepine is also used to treat bipolar disorder.
How it Works
Carbamazepine is known as an anticonvulsant. Carbamazepine works by decreasing nerve impulses that cause seizures and pain. Carbamazepine works by stabilising the electrical activity of the brain, which prevents seizures from occurring.
