Propranolol
Uses
Dideral is used to treat tremors, angina, hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, and other heart or circulatory conditions.
How it Works
Dideral is known as a beta-blocker. Dideral works by slowing down the activity of the heart by stopping messages sent by some nerves to the heart. Dideral does this by blocking tiny areas which are called the beta-adrenergic receptors, where the messages are received. As a result, the heart then beats more slowly and with less force.
