How it Works
Evelimus is known as an immunosuppressant. Evelimus works by blocking the action of certain blood cells in the immune system that may cause the body to reject the transplanted organ.Evelimus helps Prevent organ rejection after a kidney or liver transplant in certain patients. Evelimus is used with other medicines. Evelimus works by blocking the action of a certain protein inside cells. This protein controls the signals to the cell to make it grow, so by stopping it using Evelimus from working properly, this stops cancer cells from growing and increasing in number.
