Insulin occurs naturally in the body's pancreas which helps to control the level of glucose(Sugars) in your blood, insufficient or inaffective insulin results in the condition called diabetes mellitus. Metformin helps in treatment of the type 2 diabetes.

Glibenclamide is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus which is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM) or maturity onset diabetes.
