How it Works
Limarin comes from the extract of the seeds from a plant called milk thistle (silybum marianum). Limarin has hepatoprotective benefits which guard the cells in the liver from being exposed to toxins. Limarin is made up of polyphenols and flavonolignans which are known to have antioxidant properties, that have various positive benefits on the immune system and the treatment of inflammation and infection in the liver.
