Uses
Saliwash is used in the treatment of dermatitis, psoriasis and keratoses (abnormal skin growth).
How it Works
Salicylic acid is known as a keratolytic which is a peeling agent. Salicylic acid allows shedding of the outer layer of skin by loosening and softening the dry, scaly skin. Saliwash also works on reducing swelling and redness and thus causing pimples to shrink
