Uses
Aspirin is used in the treatment to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain from conditions such as muscle aches, toothaches, common cold, and headaches. Aspirin is also used to reduce pain and swelling in conditions such as arthritis.
How it Works
Aspirin is known as a salicylate and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).Aspirin blocks an enzyme called cyclooxygenase, or COX, and stops production of substances called prostaglandins that contribute to pain, swelling and fever.

Rosuvastatin
Uses
Rosuvastatin is used in the treatment of increased triglycerides levels in blood and increased cholesterol levels in blood.
How it Works
Rosuvastatin is known as a statin or HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Rosuvastatin regulates the amount of cholesterol and other lipids made by the body. Rosuvastatin works by blocking the action of a the enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase which the body needs to make cholesterol. This lowers the level of cholesterol and directly lowers the risk of heart and blood vessel disease.

Patients who take Rosuvastatin may suffer from such side effects;
Musculoskeletal pain,
Dyspepsia,
Nasopharyngitis,
Increased liver enzymes,
Increased creatine phosphokinase (CPK) level in blood,
